Adorable, cozy girl

One of my favorite outfits Macey has is this wool shaul and pink boots! The shaul makes her really hot so she could only wear it on cold days and the boots were hard for her to walk in since she had only been walking a couple of months and those boots prevented her ankles from moving...but still!! it was super cute!! That animal book is and still is one of her favoite books to read. It's a very large book and has flaps all over with different animals in it. There are only a few words in the whole book, just huge pictures of animals.

Christmas tree!

Ok, Thanksgiving is over, it's Christmas time!!! Woohoo! I love the Christmas feeling...We surprised Macey one morning with a Christmas tree in our living room! She was so excited! We put it up early because we were planning to go to Texas around Christmas so we wanted as much Christmas in Alaska as we could get! We loved surprising her but maybe next year we will have Macey help us put up the tree :)

Thanksgiving weekend!

The past couple of years my family has all been getting together for Thanksgiving weekend. My grandparents come from Homer, my aunt and uncle come from Delta JCT and we celebrate Thanksgiving at our church and then the rest of the weekend at my parents' house. It's so much fun filled with games, food and laughter all weekend long. I feel so blessed to have Godly family near and far. I also did this project with Macey for Thanksgiving. Her hand is just precious and i will save this paper forever.
