Big Girl

Macey has been doing so good this month sitting up by herself. She's been going longer and longer without tipping over! Watching her and Jesse play is so cute.

Cutest project ever!

I got this project off of another blog. I love hand print and foot print projects, their feet and hands will never be that small again and its fun to compare how they've grown! With this one it took quite a few tries to get a good foot print with each little toe to look good. After you get their print you have to fill in the little curve of their foot and then paint the rest for it to look like a penguin, i tried not filling it in with one and it doesnt look right. I let Jesse "free paint" for his back ground. After painting we gave Macey a bath!

I realized I haven't posted pictures of the projects we've made lately, so I made a point to take a picture of what we made friday! We had fun making these turtles, they are made with their fists and thumb! Jesse also made flowers on his picture. I couldn't believe Macey's only took one try! The pinkie finger is the hardest to squash on the paper without messing up the whole picture...

Fun with Uncle Sawyer and Aunt Sheila!

Jake's brother Sawyer and his fiance' Sheila came and visited last week! They hadn't seen their niece and nephew in a few months! We all had lots of fun while they were here, especially since now the babies can play! They were both playing on the floor together so nicely, i had to take advantage of it and take some pictures since grammy was gone! They are so cute together.

4 Months

Our precious baby girl is 4 months old today! I cant believe how fast time has flown by...I'm very excited for the next few months but at the same time Macey isnt our tiny cuddly little baby anymore, shes all over the place! She has got quite a personality this last month, and we are excited to see more of it in the months to come!

Homer Weekend

We had so much fun this weekend! On wedneday afternoon me and my mother in law Ant and Macey drove down to Homer for Jake's basket ball tournament! Palmer placed third which was an upset, they should have gotten second, but we at least made it to state! So next week will be the state championship tournament. Macey did so good on the drive down and back she slept but also played so it was nice because she slept that night too. On the way down she cried when she got hungry and then on the way back up she cried when we got tired but that was it! I was surprised she did so well. I had fun at the basket ball games with the head coaches wife and daughter! They love Macey, most of the time we were at the games i didnt even get to hold her! She was just passed around between them and some of the players parents. Macey was so happy to have her daddy back after the tournament, and so was i! But it was a long weekend so they were both worn out :)

Floor Play

Playing with Macey is so much fun now that she can roll around and play with toys! Grammy got Macey this doll in Homer, it's a rattle too and it's really soft so when she hits herself in the face with it it doesn't hurt! There aren't many toys that make noise but are soft...
This outfit is getting me in the mood for spring! The sun has been coming up early and setting later ever day!!
These pictures of Macey wrapping herself around that pole on her play mat were cracking me up! She is so funny, ever since we got that play mat (when she was about 2 months old) she has been fascinated with the tags that connect the toys to it! When she was younger she would just stare at them even if we were trying to get her attention, me and Jake would just laugh and laugh because she would NOT take her eyes off of that tag she was looking at! Now that she's older she tries to grab them and pull herself up to them so she can eat them haha. When i put her down she was laying in the middle of that mat, but she saw that tag and scooted herself over to it!

So these are some awesome tights Macey wore to church sunday...And this is her new favorite toy! She cracks me up because she wont ever chew on the feet like i think you're supposed to, she will only eat the face! She will eat the ears and horns sometimes but even if i put the foot in her mouth she spits it out! We are in trouble, Macey already has a mind of her own...
